Nauzer is a successful technology executive and visionary with in-depth international experience in telecommunications, product engineering and integration, network operations, customer service, global cost control and process redesign initiatives.   He has developed new business strategies and has advised new companies on launch plans, as well as negotiated with third party vendors. Nauzer is a seasoned expert at optimizing costs and increasing efficiencies employing emerging technologies and network optimization techniques for Taylor McKenzie clients.

Prior to becoming a senior level consultant in 2005, Nauzer was vice president of integration services for a global telecommunications company based in France.  He was responsible for delivery and product support for its integrated services portfolio and managed the technical operations center and the customer service center for integrated services customers globally.   Nauzer managed a global team in nine countries responsible for negotiating and directing all third party vendor contracts for leased or purchased services.   Previously, he was responsible for all global network and data provisioning activities for another telecommunications company's global network management center in Canada.  He also held various management positions responsible for global project implementation, engineering services, technical services and engineering.

Nauzer holds a MS in Industrial Engineering and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in New York.
